the location offers easy access to the tower of london. it is also an easy walk to tower bridge. the nearby metro station was useful (i used it often). the staff were also friendly and accommodating.
the wifi was quite poor . i had to use my phone as a hotspot (it was not ideal). i also found the sound of water running from adjacent rooms disturbing. it was especially noticeable late at night.

a few things need fixing..
broken treadmillempty wipes
the gym seemed a bit of a joke. several machines were out of order. the treadmill situation was particularly dire, with two out of three not working. the anti-bac wipes were empty. i mean, come on, it's not rocket science to keep things maintained. the whole setup felt a bit neglected.

The location is GREAT , near the Tower Hill station. The room included everything I needed and was very comfortable. The staff were really nice and helpful.

The air conditioning in the first room didn't work well and the toilet made strange noises. I had to switch rooms on the third day. The second room was better, but one day the curtain fell down. The breakfast was also very average, a disappointment after the initial impression.

i found the staff attentive. a wheelchair helped me get around following my recent injury. the restaurant offered good food.
the fire alarm testing was excessive. it lasted over an hour one day. i had a terrible cold and found the noise hard.
